On September 4, 2024, we experienced a network issue that caused a portion of our system to go down, which in turn led to a timeout on our tools API servers. Our team identified the root cause and promptly deployed a fix. We’re happy to report that the issue has been fully resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To prevent this from happening in the future, we have implemented additional failsafes and enhanced our monitoring processes. We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding of our Insiders during this time.
