Connection Methods & Supported Features

Modified on Mon, 18 May at 11:53 AM

Different MONOPOLY GO! connection methods currently support different features within MOGO Wiki Tools.

Because of recent platform changes made by Scopely, some connection types may be more stable or support more features than others.

Features That May Require a Stable Connected Session

Some features rely on an active synced session, including:

- Automatic Sticker Finder inventory syncing

- Shield Finder friends syncing

- Real-time shield updates

- Background inventory refreshes

Features That Still Work Without a Stable Session

Even if your account is temporarily disconnected or stabilizing, you can still use many features, including:

- Manual Sticker Finder inventory editing

- Viewing previously cached Shield Finder friends

- Looking up users by:

  - Invite link

  - Friend code

  - User ID

- Trading stickers normally through Sticker Finder

Mobile Session Stabilization

Some iOS or Android connections may take time before all features become fully available. In some cases, this may take up to 24 hours after connecting.

During this time:

- Some syncing features may be delayed

- Shield Finder may temporarily show limited results

- You may see connection-related warnings

We recommend avoiding repeated reconnect attempts unless absolutely necessary.
